Connect to Self
A 4-week intensive psychosomatic journey into healing childhood trauma
For women who are resistant to healing but are exhausted of repeating the same patterns
(The ones who'd rather do literally anything else than sit still and be)
This isn't another "love yourself" course where you'll be told to just breathe and journal. This is deep, transformative work that gets to the root of what's really going on.
Transform your connection with yourself to create real change in your relationships and overcome the unhelpful patterns in your life.
You're smart. Successful. The cream of the crop.
The one who looks like everything is grand.
Except….
You're exhausted from constantly doing, achieving, and keeping it all together. Your relationships follow the same painful patterns. And despite all the self-help books, therapy sessions, and conscious efforts to "fix" yourself, you still have an aversion to your self.
You still do not love yourself.
You’re still not convinced that slowing down, doing less- which seems impossible, will actually solve everything the literature says it will.
The thoughts of doing less feels impossible. But you know this constant doing and busyness is why you can’t name your needs, never mind ask for them to be met and you feel so lost.
Is this hitting home?
If You’re:
The high achiever who's exhausted from constantly doing (but don’t want to stop)
Someone who loses themselves in relationships, is avoidant and anxious at the same time
Burnout of analyzing everything and still going round in the exact same circles
Someone who has childhood trauma but it don’t see point in going back there
Addicted to escaping and numbing
…then it's time to make a change.
Here's what you probably already know:
Those patterns you keep repeating? The relationships that feel eerily similar? The way you abandon yourself the moment conflict shows up?
… that's your inner child running the show.
(Important! Just because you had a privileged upbringing doesn’t mean you don’t have childhood trauma. Everyone has childhood trauma)
The real problem?
You're trying to think your way through healing.
Thinking your feelings.
Reading all the books.
Analyzing every feeling.
Working harder at healing like it's another thing to prove your worth.
But here's the thing:
Your body keeps the score, and your body doesn’t like the constant tracking, it intefers with the beauty of it.
You dont anaylse and track the ocean, you breathe and feel it, absorb its awe.
Those unexplained outbursts?
The anxiety that shows up in relationships?
The deep resistance to anything that feels like "healing"?
That's not you being broken.
That's the chains that shackle you asking you to pay attention.
It’s your body asking to be freed.
Your body holds so much wisdom about your deepest desires and oldest wounds.
It’s likely screaming at you because the whispers went unheard.
It’s time to listen.
Imagine instead:
Finally understanding why you react the way you do (and actually being able to change it)
Being able to staying present during conflict instead of running for the hills
Breaking free from abandonment relationship patterns (including the one with yourself)
Learning to trust yourself instead of second-guessing every decision
Feeling deeply self-assured and confident in your abilities
Actually knowing how to attend to your core wounds instead of just stepping over them time and time again
Not through more thinking.
Not through pushing harder.
But through actually learning to slow down and listen to what your body's been trying to tell you this whole time.
(Even if the thought of slowing down makes you want to run a marathon instead.)

Four 1:1 Deep Dive Calls with Me
In these sessions I will bring your attention to the mirrors in your adult life from your childhood that you haven’t noticed yet.
I will support you noticing when you are story telling rather than feeling, when you are telling perspectives rather than connecting to truth. -
20 Live Practice Sessions
Understanding will only get you so far. The real work is in the lived experience. Experience somatic movement, breathwork, mantra, affirmations, visualisations and observe to uncover the wisdom your body holds.
Live on Zoom, 30 minutes Mon-Fri - a mixture of mornings and evenings. Recordings available if times clash with your schedule. -
4 Education Sessions
We’ll have weekly calls with the group to help you understand the psychology and somatic psychology of your body through the mediums of: body-mind centering, internal family systems, yoga philosophy and tantra philosophy. Understand the resistance you feel, what it serves and why - so that you can implement the change you desire. These are education sessions to understand the philosophy and science of why this all works.
-
Supportive Community
You won’t be in this alone. The power of healing lies in being witnessed. The eye can see everything but itself.
Connect with other likeminded women going through similar struggles as you. Share in our closed facebook group, ask questions and access any short video tutorials I’ll create based on different themes that arise amongst the group. This is the most powerful element of this course.
What Makes This Different
The thing that makes me really good at my job is that I’m terrible at healing.
I was the one rolling my eyes at breathwork.
The one who thought sitting still was actual torture.
The one who'd rather die than relax.
(Sound familiar?)
But here's what I learned:
The resistance? It's part of the process.
The skepticism? Actually useful.
The inability to slow down? That's exactly where we start.
Remember it didn’t begin with you.
It’s not your fault but change is so necessary for health in this sick world.
I'm not here to tell you to "just trust the process."
I'm here to show you how to work with your resistance instead of fighting it.

Why Me?
Because I get it. I was resistant to all of this for YEARS.
I had built a successful corporate career. But I did not have it all figured out. I was addicted to being busy - probably the busiest person you ever met.
I was prescribed yoga and meditation by my therapist after being diagnosed with CPTSD at 27. But I was trying so hard that I couldn't tell my arm from my leg.
I was addicted to exercise but was convinced my therapist was trying to make me fat when she suggested I give up training.
My worst fear? Being still and silent.
My first response to yoga? Looking like a 60-year-old rugby player trying to touch their toes.
My reaction to meditation? Holding my breath so much that I ended up passing out.
But something kept me showing up.
And eventually, I learned that the very resistance to turning inwards and slowing down that I fought against was actually the key to everything I was seeking- love, passions, connection.
I help women like you who are:
Resistant to healing (my specialty)
Desperate for change but stuck in their heads
Too exhausted to feel
Addicted to work / food / exercise / other
Terrified of failing
Too afraid of losing people to let them get close
I’m grounded, good craic and make this work which can feel airy fairy, as tangible as possible.
My approach is through love and compassionate curiosity.
I have a gift for the work that I do, in truly seeing you, which makes me great at my job.
I will give it to you straight while holding and supporting you.
I also know that I don’t have the answers, you do.
I just help you find them.

Ready to Transform Your Relationship with Yourself?
It’s time to stop overthinking and start listening
The fact that you're here, reading this, means part of you knows it's time for change. Your resistance to this work isn't a sign that you're doing something wrong - it's an invitation to listen more deeply.
The resistance you feel? That's normal.
The skepticism? I get it.
But imagine looking back after 4 weeks, knowing you finally took the step that changed everything.
Are you ready to answer that invitation?
Course Dates: 14th January - 11th February 2025
Got questions?
Book a call to see if we're a good fit.
No pressure, no sales tactics.
Just an honest conversation about where you are and what you need.
Some things that are probably on your mind ↓
It sounds like an awful lot of work, what if I’m too busy?
If you’re busy now, keeping yourself busy isn’t going to change anything. One of the most profound things you can do for yourself is carve out some space to slow down. Why can you commit to work but not to learning about yourself? If you can't commit to yourself, how will you be able to commit to another?
I don’t like the idea of being vulnerable in front of a group. Do I have to share?
There is incredible power in the experience of being witnessed by others. We create a closed, safe space and sharing is highly encouraged but not mandatory. The more you can allow yourself to open up, the more benefits you’ll experience. But we never want anyone to feel uncomfortable.
I’m afraid I’ll join and then never show up. What’s the commitment?
Embedding supportive practices as part of your daily life gets so much easier once you have received and experienced their many benefits. Getting started is the hardest part. There is a high level of accountability involved. I am totally immersed with you all for the month and will be by your side for encouragement, support and to navigate challenges with you.
The weekly commitment is five 30 min practices, one education session and one 1:1 call along with any time you spend engaging with the community and me in our closed Facebook group. The course lasts 4 weeks.
How much 1:1 support is included?
You receive a weekly 1:1 60 minute call with me (4 total throughout the month).
What if I can’t attend early morning sessions?
I appreciate that not everyone is an early bird. I do really believe in the power of a morning practice which sets you up for the day. I’d encourage everyone to do their best to attend live if possible but I totally understand that other commitments might clash. Recordings of each session are made available within 24 hours of the call (usually much less) so that you can partake.
When does the course take place?
We start on the 14th January 2025 and it runs until the 11th February.
