I deeply advocate and believe in the power of retreat. Often we need a different environment to heal and to be able to see. June is the perfect month to reset and rejuvenate yourself, learn some skills to support you through summer.

This will be my fifth retreat I am hosting at Sandhill house.
I cannot wait to be back on Irish soil, in Summer with a house full of women!
