Breathwork & Somatics Session (LDN)

Special breathwork practise to connect you to the answers that lie within, your truth, what your heart really wants.

The session will begin with somatic movement to connect you to your body, help you to relax and feel safe.
Followed by active conscious breathing with powerful music to support you on a journey, allowing you body to complete what it needs to. Then a short shavasana to support integration.

The workshop will finish with creating a vision board for 2025.

The most important part about bringing dreams to 3D is to connect to the feeling you will feel when your dream becomes reality.

I feel the month January we should spend refining our intention for the year and it can take the whole month to do this.
