Breathwork & Somatics Session (Studio 52, Belfast)

Special breathwork practise to connect you to the answers that lie within, your truth, what your heart really wants.

The workshop will begin with somatic movement to connect you deeper to your body, surrender your thinking mind to come into the healing space that lies in feeling. Then experience the power of your breath through conscious active breathing, the potency of attending to your body and breath.

The workshop will finish with creating a vision board for 2025.

The most important part about bringing dreams to 3D is to connect to the feeling you will feel when your dream becomes reality.
