Breathwork & Somatics Session - Soma Home, London

This breathwork session is for people who are on their healing journey and want to heal core wounds.

The session will begin with somatic movement to connect you to your body, help you to relax and feel safe.
Followed by active conscious breathing with powerful music to support you on a journey, allowing you body to complete what it needs to. Then a short shavasana to support integration.
